2010-01-18 19:13:00 - Downtime on our Website/Portal
There was a small outage on the network that we use to host our website and support/billing portal. Thankfully this has now been resolved and techs are looking into the cause of the problem.

No customer services would have been affected.

2010-01-16 15:45:00 - Issue with Game Panel *RESOLVED*
Currently we are having a few issues with the game panel interfacing with the game servers; we are currently working on this issue and hope to have it rectified soon!

Update: Issue has been resolved.

2009-12-29 03:11:00 - Discontinuation of BNC's
Firstly I hope everybody had a good holiday and got the presents and what not they wanted.

Sadly from 29/12/2009 we will be discontinuing the hosting of BNC's due to the negative attention they are bringing our network. We have kept a backup of every users conf file if you want to get a backup of all the channels you were connected to and their passwords. These can be retrieved by popping on IRC or submitting a support ticket.

On a brighter note early in 2010 we will be launching a number of offers and new services so keep an eye open for that!
